Change in Project Operations &

The District has revamped its computer software system and is implementing a more

cost effective method for the annual spring Operation and Maintenance levy.  The

Project Operation and Maintenance will continue to be levied annually in the spring, but

notices will not be mailed.  Due to the change all spring Operation and Maintenance

levies will be extended to the regular fall Irrigation District Tax.  The 2006 Project

Operation and Maintenance levy will be the last year a separate mailing will occur.   

The  exception to the forgoing is the requirement for payment of all  Taxes and Project

Operation and Maintenance in regard to seasonal delivery transfers
